1.⁠ ⁠Are your rings waterproof, tarnish-resistant, and easy to care for?
Yes. Every Halo & Hue ring is made from solid 925 sterling silver, designed to handle water, sweat, daily wear, and real life.
Silver can naturally deepen in colour over time, but it polishes back quickly — see our care tips on instagram.

2.⁠ ⁠What are your rings made of?
Only 925 sterling silver — no plating, no hidden metals, no surprises.
While we don’t hand-make each piece ourselves, we carefully curate every design from trusted suppliers and only choose what meets our quality standards.

3.⁠ ⁠Can I wear Halo & Hue every day?
Absolutely. Our rings are made for daily wear — from desk days to nights out, and everything in between. They’re designed to be lived in, not stored away.

4.⁠ ⁠How do I know my ring size?
Use our Sizing Guide for a quick at-home method using a ring you already own or a simple ribbon measurement.
If you fall between sizes, we recommend sizing up for comfort.
(Accurate sizing ensures a smooth experience, so give your measurement a quick double-check.)

5.⁠ ⁠How do I pay, and how does shipping work?
We accept secure card payments and Apple Pay.
Orders ship nationwide in South Africa with PUDO delivery either to your door or your nearest locker (an XS PUDO locker is the ideal recommended size).
To stay streamlined and sustainable, we dispatch in batches on Tuesdays & Thursdays. You’ll receive tracking updates the moment your parcel is shipped.

6.⁠ ⁠How long will my order take?
Delivery takes 1–5 business days once dispatched. Collection can be at your door within PUDO operating hours, or 24/7 at your selected PUDO locker.
Orders placed close to our shipping days (Tuesday or Thursday) head out fastest.

7.⁠ ⁠Can I order multiple rings and stack them?
Yes — our designs are intentionally created to stack, layer, mix, and match. Explore our collections on our website or visit Instagram for effortless styling inspiration. These will all be bundled into one shipping cost.

8.⁠ ⁠What if the ring I want is sold out?
